Step 1

Design & Specification

Customer drawings reviewed by our engineering team. Custom tooling designed if required.

Step 2

Forging & Machining

Hot and cold forging of brass, copper, and stainless steel billets, then precision CNC machining.

Step 3

Surface Finishing

Silver, tin, or nickel plating and polishing to spec - ensuring conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Step 4

Quality Control

100% dimensional inspection, plating thickness verification, and electrical testing before dispatch.

Compliance

Standards We Comply With

IEC 60137

International standard for insulated bushings for AC voltages above 1 kV. All transformer bushings manufactured to IEC 60137.

IS Standards (BIS)

Compliance with relevant Bureau of Indian Standards for power transformer components and electrical hardware.

Custom Specifications

OEM-specific drawings accepted. We manufacture to your exact tolerances, materials, and finishing requirements.

Dimensional Accuracy

Every part goes through 100% dimensional inspection using calibrated gauges and measurement tools.

Plating Compliance

Silver and tin plating thickness verified by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) testing for conductivity and corrosion protection.
